The workflow starts with the seller's own photos and item facts. AI can suggest a title, description, category, and price, but the seller reviews the draft before publishing.

Each marketplace has different required fields, categories, condition values, shipping choices, and policies. Trendy Lister keeps the source information together and prepares destination submissions. It does not guarantee that a marketplace will accept a listing, that an item will sell, or that a destination field is correct without review.

How the workflow operates

  1. Create or import a source listing. Record the brand, condition, measurements, defects, SKU, price, and original photos.
  2. Select destination marketplaces. Choose the listings and marketplaces you want to work with instead of publishing the entire inventory by default.
  3. Review required fields. Confirm destination categories, sizes, condition, shipping, and price. Resolve uncertain mappings before submission.
  4. Submit and verify. Open the resulting listing in the authenticated seller account. A local success message is not a substitute for seller-side confirmation.
  5. Respond to sales. When one physical item sells, mark its SKU sale pending, close the sibling offers, and verify that each marketplace shows it unavailable.

Trendy Lister costs $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year. New accounts do not include a free trial. The signup page shows the plan before checkout, and subscribers can contact support with billing questions.

What sellers remain responsible for

Sellers remain responsible for accurate photos and descriptions, marketplace policy compliance, shipping weight, fulfillment, and closing duplicate offers after a sale. Marketplace sessions can expire and forms can change. Review any failed or unknown submission before retrying so that an uncertain result does not create a duplicate listing.
