This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Trendy Lister website, web app, and Chrome extension, or the Hushwave iOS sleep sounds app. The advertising provisions below apply to the Trendy Lister website.
iPhone and iPad apps
This policy also covers Serenova: Guided Meditation, Pulse AI News, AI News Today Companion, Water Intake Companion, Water Intake Tracker App, ChipScope, Warranty Tracker Companion, Verdant: Plant Care Guide, FlowGuide Companion, ClawRunner Companion, Clover News Digest, ClearDay: Allergy Tracker, Nimbus Assistant AI, BriefEdge, Youtube News Today Companion, Focus Timer Companion, and FlowPilot App. The website advertising and marketplace-account provisions below apply to those website features, not automatically to these mobile apps.
Records and preferences: Entries you create, such as hydration logs, symptoms, focus sessions, plant or warranty records, notes, bookmarks, and workflow drafts, are stored by the relevant app on your device. Device backups may retain this data under your Apple settings. Exporting or sharing sends the records you select to the destination you choose.
Device permissions: Camera, photo, speech, location, calendar, reminders, notification, and HealthKit access are requested only for the relevant feature. You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Granting a permission does not by itself send all of that device data to us. Calendar, reminder, and HealthKit entries saved through Apple's frameworks follow your Apple account and device settings.
Online news and reference information: Apps requesting news or search results send the search topic and required request parameters to the configured data service, including SerpAPI. The service receives network information such as your IP address. Opening a publisher's article or video is subject to that publisher's privacy policy.
Weather and air quality: ClearDay sends the coordinates or selected place needed for its weather and environmental-data request to its data provider. Environmental forecasts are not a medical diagnosis. Your symptom journal is separate from these forecast requests.
Optional AI explanations: When you opt in to an AI News Today explanation, the selected article excerpt is sent through our service to OpenAI to generate definitions. Do not include sensitive personal information. Our application does not intentionally store the excerpt as a user record; service providers may retain operational and security logs under their policies.
Speech and document tools: Nimbus uses Apple's document-recognition and speech features. Speech recognition may use Apple services depending on device capability and availability. Nimbus does not require a third-party voice-provider account. Content is shared with another app only when you choose an export, share, or handoff action.
Purchases: Apple processes App Store payments. The apps use StoreKit transaction information, such as the product, purchase status, and expiration, to provide purchased access. We do not receive your payment card number from Apple.
Support and service operation: If you contact us, we receive the contact information and message you provide. Configuration and data services process the app identifier and request/network information needed to respond, diagnose failures, and limit abuse. Do not send passwords or private health records to support.
You can remove local records using the app's available deletion controls or by deleting the app. This does not cancel an Apple subscription or remove copies you exported, shared, or retained in backups. 1.5 Trendy Lister AI-Assisted Features
When you request an AI-assisted listing draft, the listing text and images you submit may be processed by a third-party AI service to produce the requested draft. Review AI-generated content before publishing it.
1.6 Hushwave Product Analytics and Crash Diagnostics
Hushwave may collect product interaction data and crash diagnostics to improve app reliability and understand feature usage. Events may include app launches, onboarding completion, sound playback, mix creation, mix saving, sharing, paywall views, purchase completion, restore taps, and sleep-session start/completion markers.
Hushwave uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for product analytics and crash reporting.
Hushwave does not collect microphone audio, raw motion samples, precise sleep/wake times, or personally identifying sleep details for analytics. Hushwave does not require microphone access.

We use the information we collect to:

3.2 Marketplace Integration
When you use our Extension to interact with marketplaces (such as eBay, Poshmark), information will be exchanged between our service and those marketplaces as necessary to provide the functionality you request.
3.3 Advertising
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Trendy Lister and other sites on the Internet. Third parties may place or read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers when ads are served.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
