You continue to retain all ownership rights in your User Content and shall remain solely responsible for your conduct, your User Content, and any material or information transmitted through the Services. Trendy Lister does not claim any ownership rights in any User Content.
Except for the licenses granted herein, you have no right, title, or interest in or to Trendy Lister Services or any of its content. You agree that Trendy Lister retains all proprietary right, title, and interest, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights, in and to the Services and content, including, without limitation, text, images, software, and other materials.

BY BECOMING A TRENDY LISTER USER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO HOLD TRENDY LISTER ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL ERRORS, INCLUDING TEMPORARY DISRUPTION OF THE SITE OR LOSS OF USER DATA.
TRENDY LISTER PROVIDES ITS SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU.

IN THE EVENT THAT TRENDY LISTER IS FOUND RESPONSIBLE TO ANY USER FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, TRENDY LISTER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY SUCH USER FOR TRENDY LISTER'S SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Trendy Lister reserves the right to change the fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges at any time, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to you (which may be sent by email to the address You have provided).
At the conclusion of your free beta period or any paid subscription term, Trendy Lister will automatically renew your subscription for the same term and will charge your payment method (PayPal or credit card) on the first day of the renewal term. If payment is not timely received, your account access may be suspended until all outstanding payments have been processed.
All payments are processed through PayPal. Trendy Lister does not directly store your credit card or payment information. Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
Trendy Lister Services are generally non-refundable. However:
After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted and will not be recoverable. If you wish to export your data, you must do so before cancellation or within the 30-day retention period.
Trendy Lister reserves the right to terminate your password, account, or use of the Services without notice, in our sole discretion, without cause and/or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and Trendy Lister may delete any data associated with your account. Trendy Lister shall have no obligation to maintain any data or forward any data to you or any third party.

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with Trendy Lister or relating in any way to your use of the Services resides in the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Florida in connection with any such dispute.
ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT OR THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE YEAR. THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD BEGINS ON THE DATE WHEN THE CLAIM FIRST COULD BE FILED. IF IT IS NOT, THEN THAT CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
The Services are intended for use in the United States. Trendy Lister makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you access or use the Services from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Service availability, performance, features, marketplace integrations, and support may be limited or unavailable outside the U.S., and Trendy Lister does not guarantee service quality or uptime outside the U.S.
